Teen Program (E.P.I.C.)

About the Program

The Teen Program  offers middle school and high school  students  a fun and safe place to hangout after school.  Youth get assistance with homework, are provided a healthy snack and evening meal,  participate in unique learning activities, go on field trips, hear from dynamic speakers, and volunteer in the community.

The program is located at The Place and meets regularly during the school year.

Time to Explore

We believe that it is important to explore and travel.  Our area has so many things to offer!  For this reason, we provide youth in the Teen Program opportunities to be involved in field trips.    During the 2018/2019 school year, we traveled to New York City, Corning Museum of Glass and ice hockey games in Binghamton, just to name a few.  Some teens participated in the 4H Survival Skill Challenge Competition.

Enrichment Programming

Enrichment programming opportunities are made available for Chenango County Teens.  Photography, cooking and Red Cross Babysitter Training classes are just some of the programs that are available.
